The location is unbeatable with amazing views easy access to attractions and a delicious breakfast spread. The lovely staff makes you feel at home.

While the air conditioning struggled the bathroom was small with outdated fixtures. Street noise might be bothersome for light sleepers especially in rooms facing the piazza.

The breakfast was delicious and wonderful and included. Comforts of twin/double room with comfortable bed were fabulous. Its location was indeed great and unbeatable and only 5 minutes walk from Piazza Walther😃

The standard room is pretty small.

The location right on Walther Square made exploring easy. Their breakfast buffet was great with plenty of options. Just had a bit of trouble with the room temperature controls, but overall, it was a great experience!

Location, in the historic part of the city, to the station 5 minutes, close to shops and cafes. Polite staff, ready to help in everything.

The hotel is centrally located and convenient. The staff speak excellent English and provide 24 hour service which made it easy to check out and go to the airport at 5:00AM. They serve an excellent breakfast.

The single room was spare and the bed was not comfortable.

The air conditioning controls were a dismal failure, and I had to beg the receptionist to get it working. I expected a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival, but that was, tragically, not forthcoming. I wanted to enjoy my stay, but I just couldn't overlook these issues.

Lovely clean hotel in excellent picturesque location within walkinvg distance to the train station. Good helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of restaurants within walking distances to the hotel.

The breakfast was an really good highlight, with a wide variety of meats and cheeses, and the staff was great.

The Stadt Hotel Citta was perfect for us. It is in a central location that we loved. The train station is an easy walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew English as well! Everything was very clean and room was great. Would recommend to everybody! If we are in the region next year, we will definitely stay there.

We stayed during the June heat wave and our air conditioning worked! We were so pleased that we even stayed an extra night. We were heading south to an apartment that did not have air. Everyone was so nice to us. We enjoyed our visit immensely.

There were no cons!

The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, well-stocked foods, and plenty to offer. The location could not have been better- well positioned in the middle of town made it a great location to do some good city walking.

The beds were a little small. If you don't like noise at night, you will be disappointed- there is a lot of pedestrian traffic and it can be noisy. But, I actually like that, so it did not affect me in a negative way.

The staff's kindness stood out. Parking was easy with the underground garage nearby.

My kids wished for a quieter experience near the courtyard.

Location is within easy walking distance of Otzi, the iceman (museum). Location is within easy walking distance of the train station.Our room did not have AC and was still comfortable during the end of July heat.

It was a bit expensive for the basic room. The cafe in front did a lot of business and was also expensive.

We enjoyed the wonderful outdoor cafe for wine and excellent food. It faced the square and was very relaxing to watch people, activity, and the beautiful flowers. We are from Florida in the United States and do not have the opportunity to enjoy the montains and outdoor cafe
